Five Year Standard Warranty from Comdial / Vertical
Comdial Equipment features a 5-Year Standard Manufacturers Warranty. This 5-Year Standard Warranty excludes voicemail part numbers (7270C, 7271C, and 7273) and the Edge 120 Cordless part numbers (7265-00 and 7265-HS), which
are covered by a One-Year Standard Warranty.
Vertical Comdial has a very strict policy on returning any equipment. Should you purchase Comdial equipment and it is received Dead on Arrival (DOA) or proves to be defective during the warranty period, your equipment may be returned for repair or replacement. Beyond the first 30 days after the original purchase date, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from MCSnetZone offices.
If you have purchased the INCORRECT item or you simply want an EXCHANGE, MCS will be UNABLE to take back your original equipment. This is a manufacturer policy. Vertical does not take back any equipment once purchased and MCS cannot accept any opened and/or used equipment.
PLEASE be sure of the equipment you are purchasing. Once your order is placed, you will be the owner of that equipment.
There is a Five Year warranty on all applicable Comdial equipment. This extended warranty is an excellent value for our Comdial customers. Products not
included in this promotion include: all Corporate Office products (LT, SO, Debut, DX-80 in-skin, and
Corporate Office Blade), Interchange, all CTI products (Impact, Wide Open Office, Corporate Call),
CONVERSip Contact Center, QuickQ, Scout II, DX-80 Cordless and Call Analyst products.
