Plantronics M12 or the P10 adapter//amplifier are required to operate all of the Plantronics Headsets. The M12 Vista Universal Amplifier connects Plantronics headsets to just about any modular single or multi-line phone and offer ergonomically designed volume, headset/handset, and mute controls.
Plantronics M12 includes near-universal compatibility with single- and multi-line telephones, as well as ergonomically designed Volume, Headset / Handset and Mute controls. The Quick Disconnect between the adapter and the headset allows you to move away from your phone without removing the headset or disconnecting the call.
Note: Plantronics M12 comes with a lightweight 10-foot quick disconnect coil cord and a connecting cord. The M12 also comes with two double “AA” batteries. An AC Adapter is also available as an optional accessory, but not required and can be purchase separately. See below link to the AC Adapter.
