See the link for more information The ASAP 102 is compatible with the Telco's Distinctive Ring, Caller ID, Call Waiting and Voice Mail. Install at the DEMARC or connect directly to a telephone extension outlet. The new wall-mount case with 4-way line cord guides and mounting accessories kit assure a clean installation every time. Applications include homes, home offices, small offices and large offices. The ASAP 102 operates in two modes, Automatic and Semi-Automatic:Automatic Mode The ASAP 102 prohibits incoming calls from direct access to any connected device (unless Caller ID is ON). The ASAP 102 will answer the call on the first ring. Once the call is answered, the ASAP 102 listens for call routing signals.Semi-Automatic Mode The ASAP 102 allows incoming calls to simultaneously ring extension phones and the phone/answering machine connected to the ASAP 102. The ASAP 102 will not answer the call, it simply waits for the the answering machine or any phone to answer. Once a call is answered, the ASAP 102 listens for call routing signals. 3 Year Limited Warranty
