The Adtran NetVanta 1000 Series includes managed Layer 2 Fast Ethernet and Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches. This series includes the NetVanta 1224 24-port Fast Ethernet switch, the NetVanta 1224ST 24-port Fast Ethernet switch with dual Gigabit uplinks, the NetVanta 1224 PoE switch, and the NetVanta 1224ST PoE switch with dual Gigabit uplinks. The NetVanta 1000 Series uses the ADTRAN® Operating System (OS) to provide standards-based, non-blocking switching, support for Virtual LANs (VLANs), Quality of Service (QoS) for applications such as VoIP, stacking, Link Aggregation, advanced management and remote configuration capability, and much more. These products feature a web-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) with step-by-step configuration wizards and are offered at a price point up to 55 percent less than comparable edge switches.
